Congratulations, you have created your listing on TakeABreak.com.au. Before your listing is activated on our site there are just two more things that need to happen.
1. To ensure the quality of our listings and prevent fraud TakeABreak needs to verify the identity of the person creating the listing. To do this please provide a clear copy of your current Driver's Licence or passport by email. In addition Real Estate Agents will also be required to provide a copy of their Real Estate Licence or certification.
To achieve the best results, scan your licence or take a photo of it, use light settings or take a photo without the flash.

2. At the time we receive verification we will also check that your listing is complete - especially the points noted below. If the listing is not complete we will not be able to put it online, and we'll need you to call us when the listing is complete to do so.

A bit about TakeABreak.com.au
• We send you enquiries which you respond to by clicking on one of the links provided.
• TakeABreak's advertising fee is only charged for successful bookings and at the end of each month we send you a Confirmation of Stays form to confirm which enquiries resulted in a stay for that month. Completing this then generates the correct invoice.
• Yes, this is essentially an honesty system (although we do random checks) but we are confident that very few operators fill in the confirmation form fraudulently - and of course we take strong action wherever we find evidence of fraud.
• Don't forget it's really important to add images that show just how great your property looks on both the inside and the outside.
• It's also key to keep your calendar up to date - particularly by blocking out dates that you are unavailable using the 'No vacancies' button under the purple 'Calendar & Enquiries' tab.
• Also, to encourage visitors to stay longer, we recommend that you to add local information (such as local activities and features) to the descriptions section of your listing.
