What makes townHOUSE 3016 different?

Great for couples or a family travelling to Melbourne together, townHOUSE 3016 provides the quality finishings and fittings of any fine hotel, along with the practicalities of a well-appointed kitchen and outdoor bbq courtyard. Staying with a number of small children, we found the attention to detail for small things like toys and high chairs was fabulous and just one less thing to think about.

townHOUSE 3016 is in a great location, it provides the privacy of your own self-contained quarters, yet is in close proximity to café and restaurant areas, the beach and just a short drive to Melbourne CBD.

The accommodation is made up of 2 bedrooms, one king with ensuite and one queen. Additional single mattresses are available for children, along with a portacot if required.

Both bathrooms and the kitchen are well appointed, with a spa bath in the main bathroom, great cooking facilities and outdoor BBQ area. Across the road is a children’s park and Williamstown train stop.

Location/How to Get there
Just 15 minutes from Melbourne, townHOUSE 3016 is located close to the shopping/restaurant  area of Williamstown, 2 minutes from the bayside beaches and just 40 minutes from the airport. From Melbourne CBD take the West Gate Freeway and Newport/Williamstown exit.
