Cottage, Holiday house

A comfortable, modern homestead with four large bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12. Fully self-contained - two bathrooms plus extra toilet and shower, modern kitchen, laundry, lounge, dining room and large games room. Open fire, air conditioning and gas heating. Gas bbq.

Set on 23 acres - bush walk, or just relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Lots of native plants, possums, wallabies and birdlife.

Visit the nearby historic towns of Morpeth and Paterson. Take a trip to the vineyards, or Nelsons Bay. For golfing enthusiasts there are some good club courses within 15 minutes and championship courses only 30 minutes away.

Locality

Top View Farm is approximately 10 minutes drive to Paterson, 15 to Morpeth and only 20 minutes to either Maitland or Raymond Terrace.

The most popular wine areas are about 30 minutes away but we can recommend an award winning "Wine Tour Company" that will pick you up from the front door.

Property

The lower level is accessible for wheelchairs with 1 bedroom downstairs. However, there is a step in to the shower.
