2 storey, 3 bedroom holiday home just a short walk to historic granite headlands, Boomer Beach and picturesque Horseshoe Bay. Entry via external stairs at rear of property. DOWNSTAIRS: Family room with kitchenette with TV plus bedroom with queen, single and trundle. Separate bathroom/laundry. UPSTAIRS. 2 bedrooms, open plan living and bathroom. TV, r/c airconditioning, VCR, microwave, wasing machine. Enteraining deck at rear with outdoor setting, bbq and gate at top of stairs. Enclosed rear yard and outside pets welcome. Sleeps 8. 1 queen, double bunk and trundle plus queen and single.
