ACCOMMODATION
 Choose spacious indoor accommodation or a luxury suite for the ultimate in comfort. The accommodation is specifically engineered for the health and well-being of your pet. Soothing music plays throughout the complex to promote a relaxed environment, while advanced fire management and security systems ensure safety and peace of mind.
Special-needs accommodation and services are available along with veterinary care.
Whatever your preferred choice of accommodation, our professional and caring staff provide exceptional care for each and every guest 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
PLAYTIME
Playtime sessions are overseen by trained staff and provide safe and stimulating exercise in a caring and fun environment, leaving our guests happy and relaxed.
The Playtime sessions for dogs range from 15 minutes to 4 hours, giving you a choice that will suit your dog in an environment that they will love, in our garden or beach themed play areas.
 Cat Playtime and Feline Fun are held in our indoor or outdoor play areas which are filled with equipment for the cats to enjoy. The sessions last for 15 minutes or 1 hour and include a cuddle and a brush by our loving staff.
GROOMING
Grooming is available during your pet’s stay and upon departure and includes a wash, condition and blow dry, ensuring that our guests always look their best.
TRAINING
Hanrob has the perfect solution for training your dog. Whilst you’re away on holiday or business, moving house or just need to improve your dog’s behaviour, we care for your dog and assign them their own Personal Trainer.
 Our in-house training programs require a minimum two week stay and are tailored to meet your needs. Your dog is taught confidence, independence and socialisation skills, while staying in our state-of-the-art accommodation.
Grooming, departure lesson and a training DVD are included and free individual follow-up lessons are included with the three week training program.
All training is overseen by Steve Austin, National Trainer for the Australian Quarantine Detector Dog Unit and RSPCA NSW recommended. Hanrob are the leaders in specialised training and provide services to Australian and international government agencies.
