Locality

BEACHSIDE LOFT is on the corner of BAY & BOAT RAMP ROADS, Lake King, EAGLE POINT. A 10 minute drive from Bairnsdale and a 5 minute drive to Paynesville. Bairnsdale GOLF Club (Eagle Point) is only a 5 minutes drive away.
This is a special part of the Gippsland Lakes, as Eagle Point is on the edge of an OLD GROWTH FOREST with red gums hundreds of years old (some featuring "Aboriginal Canoe" trees).
LOCAL WETLANDS: abundance of birdlife, natural fauna park, LOTS of BIKE & WALKING TRACKS.
WATERFRONT CAFES: BANK, SUPERMARKETS, GIFT SHOPS in Paynesville.
KOALA COLONY & Koala Trail: accessable by the RAYMOND ISLAND FERRY.
AND: Wine and Food Trails, Buchan Caves, the Ninety Mile Ocean beach, and the ski fields of Mt Hotham are only 2 hours away.
