Bayview Loft is quickly gaining the reputation of being the very best value for accommodation in the whole Lakes & Wilderness area of Victoria.
.A Continental breakfast with choices of jams,freshly baked breads brown or white, cereals,plunger & instant coffee,fruit juices.teas ,after dinner mints,milk sugar & freshly laid free range eggs,a bowl of fresh fruit & a welcome bottle of quality wine with tasty cheese & crackers is provided.
.A very comfortable queen size bed with a very modern en suite with shower & in room toilet adjoining. Quality linen and towels supplied.
Leather reclining chairs . Kitchenette:Microwave,fridge,toaster.sandwichpress.egg cooker ,kettle, fry pan..Electric B.B.Q.with a table & 2 chairs on outside landing.
.There is a 80cm LCD TV,& DVD/.VCR,,CD players ,with dvds & cds,for your in house entertainment . There are also books & brochures with menus for local restaurants.
.There is reverse cycle air conditioning & heating .The Loft has laundry facilities including washing machine & a clothes drier.Also an iron & ironing board is supplied.
.Undercover secure parking available.

Locality

Bayview Loft is a Lake King waterfront B&B located only1 kilometer from the Mitchell River & the world famous silt jetty & 2 kilometers to the Bairnsdale Golf Club. Eagle Point is still an unspoilt area.5 kilometers from Paynesville , the Riviera locality of Victoria, & 10 kilometers from Bairnsdale.

Property

Bayview Loft is a superb luxurious fully self contained unit. The property itself is a solid freestanding building with secure under cover or on site parking available and separate from the main residence.It has it's own entrance with an electric B.B.Q. with a table & 2 chairs on a deck area.There are security lights for night time safety.This property has a modern interior with a very comfortable queen size bed complemented by a very modern en suite with shower & an in room toilet.Leather reclining chairs.The bay windows allow our guests to view Lake King as they dine inside the Loft.Bayview Loft is only suitable accommodation for 1 or 2 guests as there is only the one queen size bed. Unfortunately we DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THE STAIRS & CANNOT ACCEPT PETS.This is strictly a NON-SMOKING property.WE RESPOND TO ALL BOOKING REQUESTS WITHIN 6 HOURS UNLESS THE REQUEST REACHES US AFTER 9P.M. THEN WE WILL RESPOND AT 7.30 A.M . NEXT MORNING.
Your hosts Noel & Iris pride themselves on providing spotlessly clean accommodation at very reasonable rates & will go out of their way to make your visit a very pleasant holiday.
