A selection of DVDs complements the scene. Wireless internet and an apple computer are located in the family room, which catches the late afternoon sun perfectly. The kitchen is fully equiped with crockery and basic essentials. The choice of two private and secluded courtyard gardens perfect the possibilities for alfresco dining and depending upon your requirement for morning or afternoon sun, should you not want to take advantage of the cafe strip on the Parade or Rundle Street - all within a mere 1km walk from the property. Of course there is a laundry, a secure garage plus off street parking for 2nd car. All amenities are thought of, from CD's, DVDs, a library of books, all the convenient comforts of home are here and ready for your stay. Rates are negotiable and dependant upon length of stay.
