The property has a delightful sunny aspect. A sofa bed make sleeping arrangements suitable for up to 6 people. Port-a-cot, high chair and babies bath can also be hired, as can extra linen for the sofa bed. Off street secure parking and a courtyard with BBQ facilities complete the scene.

Located less than .5 of a km from the Clipsal track, is a convenient bonus at race time, or simply turn on the tele, turn the sound down and listen to the real thing!
For those wanting the convenience of the city, and the local attractions of the Museum, Art Gallery, Adelaide Zoo, the Convention Centre, the River Torrens and parklands, Rundle Mall shopping, or the outdoor Cafes on the Parade in Norwood, the property is located smack bang in the middle of these two districts, an easy walk to all amenities.
Hire a Bike on the River Torrens and ride to the beach along specific off road trails. Use it as a base to explore the famous wine regions of the Barossa Valley to the North and McLaren Vale to the South.
