Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

This refurbished and groovy apartment is in a brilliant location in the city fringe suburb of Norwood (very close to the Adelaide CBD). It is an easy walk into the city - particularly to the east end (Rundle St precinct) where all the great restaurants and Adelaide events are held:

--> Tour Downunder

The apartment is fully furnished with stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a new flat screen HD TV. Quality linen is supplied. It has a balcony (with table and chairs to enjoy the view towards the city) and a car park.

The configuration is a spacious main bedroom (Queen Bed) with 2 double built in robes, a second bedroom (with a double bunk - a double bed with single bed on top), a bathroom, lounge room and kitchen/dining.

The apartment has been stylishly refurbished with original artworks and a contemporary vibe.

Locality

Norwood is walking distance to the Adelaide CBD and to the fantastic shopping precinct on Norwood Parade. The bus stop is right outside the front of the apartment on Kensington Road. It is also close to Burnside Village a shopping precinct with many designer shops.

Property

Our apartment is a fantastic spot for the many Adelaide Festivals and events on each year such as Fringe, Clipsal, Womadelaide and Tour Down Under.
