Adjacent to the kitchen is a large, light filled dining area that seats 6 and also forms part of the sun room so you can sit back, relax and look out onto the garden.
The spacious separate lounge room has a high definition TV and DVD player.
Secure, undercover garaging is available for one car, with room to park a second car in the driveway.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms that have dual access to the upstairs bathroom.
Each bedroom has a queen bed- with lovely views from the windows.
The master bedroom has a door that leads to the balcony with views of the city.
The bathroom upstairs has a walk in shower, toilet and basin.
Downstairs is the third bedroom with 2 single beds.
The bathroom downstairs has a shower over a small bath- ideal for babies, a toilet and hand basin. There is also a washing machine, sensor operated tumble drier and laundry sink

Norwood Parade is two minutes walk from the house and provides for all your needs with cafes, restaurants, food and speciality shops. In late February, Norwood puts on 'Natuzzi' The Parade Food, Wine and Music Festival an 8 hour long festival featuring dishes of the local restaurateurs and cafe owners, highlighting the best of South Australia's renowned fresh foods. Wines from South Australia's vineyards complement the locally grown food produce and six stages pump our music and fashion, creating a village atmosphere. A short distance from The Parade is Magill Road, lined with an eclectic mix of shops selling new and antique homewares.
