Karri Lake Hideaway is the perfect romantic getaway for two, a fun packed holiday for the whole family or a chance to catch up with friends in the privacy of your own retreat.

Quinninup is enveloped by picturesque dairy and sheep farms. Our accommodation is situated close to the freshwater Karri Lake which has a surface area of approximately 18 hectares and provides the Quinninup township with its water supply.

Enjoy walking the full circumference of the lake on the Orchid Walk (1.8kms), or walk through the ancient King Karri forest (4.2kms), or take the Ridge Back walk (5kms) where an abundance of bird life can be found and magnificent wildflowers in the spring time.

Karri Lake Hideaway is close to art and craft galleries, marron and trout farms, restaurants, wineries, the world famous giant Karri trees and Jarrah forests. An easy drive will bring you to beautiful swimming, snorkelling and surfing beaches near Windy Harbour, waterfalls, picnic and barbecue spots, whilst a day drive to the lower south coast will take you picturesque Broke Inlet, the breathtaking Mandalay Beach with its magnificent view of rugged coastline and long sandy stretch, to the award winning and amazing Valley of the Giants Tree Tops Walk near Walpole.

You might also find time to climb Mount Frankland or picnic and swim at Fernhook Falls along the way.

You will be able to visit the expansive Lake Muir and some famous wineries, among them Goundreys and Plantagenet, if you take a day drive along the Muir Highway through to Mount Barker.
