Kempsey, New South Wales
Peace and tranquility in a lovely natural rural setting just 7km from town. Wetlands which abound with birdlife. Comfort and friendliness our top priorities.
"Very comfortable and quiet. Evening meal and breakfast provided were more than adequate.
Just what we wanted for a place to stay on a through trip. More interesing than an in town motel."

"Peaceful lodge, friendly host an enjoyable stay, just a pity it was so short. Took us back to our native Ireland with its green surroundings. Would definitely stay again. Sandy the deer was a favourite of my fiancee. "

"The setting is beautiful, fantastic views, surrounded by birds and deer. Accommodation is as good as 4 star hotels I have stayed in over the world if not better - those star ratings are only for facilities anyway. Extremely clean, warm caring atomosphere, I wanted to stay for good! Margaret and Neil are lovely people and the home cooked bread and cakes are second to none! You really feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you arrive. I honestly can't think of a fault and I am as picky as they come. My cat was more than welcome and I was welcomed. A perfect stay. Would be great for kids or for someone after a break from the big city in a nice homely atmosphere."

"Very clean, guest & dog friendly, welcoming & genuine, homely and informative. Very quiet with great wildlife experience - emu, kangaroo, deer, frogs and birdlife - with an amazing collection of rare finches. Excellent value as we were upgraded to the apartment due to the in-house room being occupied!"
- David, NSW -
"Excellent place to stay - spa is wonderful!! Peaceful and quiet but not too far out of town. Very friendly hosts, happy to sit & chat and very happy that children wanted to help feed animals. Lovely breakfast, more than we could eat."
- Susan, NSW -
"Very friendly, welcoming hosts to both myself and my small dog. Nice bedroom but the bed was very soft and overhead fan didn't work on a very hot night. No ensuite, sharing family's bathroom. Lovely breakfast, fresh fruit salad and full cooked breakfast, eaten with the family. Farm itself very peaceful; nice to have a quiet sleep. At $80 for a bed and breakfast I thought it was a little expensive, but I expect that's what you need to pay when travelling with a pet."

"The accommodation was superb. Very comfortable, spacious with all areas catered for. Margaret and Neil were fabulous hosts. The meals were fantastic. In fact, we could not fault the B & B at all. We would highly recommend them to other holiday makers. We intend on returning, hopefully for a few days."
