Inviting your guests to comment
Guest Comments are a fabulous way to add real value to your listing on TakeABreak, and they let visitors know what real people have to say about your place to stay.
Use the below text as a template to send to guests that you know have stayed with you via TakeABreak, to encourage them to leave Guest Comments on your listing. Just replace the words in italics with information specific to the guest and to your property.
Dear Guest,
Just a quick note to say thank you for staying at our property recently. We'd love you to share your holiday experience via the TakeABreak Guest Comments system. This really adds value, both to us as operators as a feedback mechanism, and also to other potential guests.
To leave your Guest Comments on our property, just go to our listing on www.takeabreak.com.au and click on the 'add comment' link in blue. You will need to know your original enquiry number, or enter the email address from which you made the original enquiry.
You will then be asked to enter your comments and they will be published on the TakeABreak website... you might mention quality of accommodation, value, service or overall experience.
You will also have the opportunity to provide us with unpublished comments, as feedback to help us improve our service to guests like yourself.
Finally, you will be invited to rate our property on a scale of 1 to 5.
The process will only take a few minutes and we'd really value your feedback via the TakeABreak site, however we can also arrange for your comments to be added if you email them directly to us - you'll receive a copy of the comments by email once they have been added to the website.
