Booking Enquiry System
This is a system that directly notifies the operator when someone enquires about staying in their property.

Confirmation of Stays Request
Each month we email operators and ask them to advise us how many enquiries made for the preceding month became actual stays.

Conversions
A conversion identifies what percentage of enquiries actually become bookings.

Enquirer
Someone who enquires about the availability of accommodation using the TakeABreak Booking Enquiry System.

Guest
Someone who has stayed at an operator's property and has booked their accommodation using the TakeABreak Booking Enquiry System.

Online Payment System
This enables operators to take online credit card deposits from enquirers via the TakeABreak system.

Operator
The person responsible for managing any enquiries or bookings for a property listed on TakeABreak. They are our first point of contact in regard to property matters.

Suspension
Your property is not available to view or book via the TakeABreak website.

Verification
For each new property listing we require that operators provide us with some documentation that proves the property they have listed actually exists. This enables us to protect our users from fraudulent operators.
