Flat Rate Listing
If you prefer to list your property by paying a fixed, annual fee, Take A Break offers the following alternative.
Full listing - $250 annual fee
Pay this fee once your property is listed to convert our usual success-based fee to an annual flat rate. Includes web page, images and listing in one locality and appropriate themes.
Additional property annual listing fee - $125
For owners of multiple properties, additional properties after the first attract a large discount.
To take advantage of our flat annual fees, you must first list your property in the usual manner via www.takeabreak.com.au/listingyourproperty.htm and the transfer the listing to a flat fee by clicking here.
Once we receive payment for your flat rate we will change the listing to operate under this format. If you have any questions regarding flat rate listings, please e-mail us at admin@takeabreak.com.au
