The configuration is,
2 bedrooms with queen beds,
1 bedroom with a queen and a single,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and ample space in all the rooms.
Large sitting area 10 metres by 5 metres with a large veranda and great views over our farm and rolling hills.
The cottage has its own laundry and clothes line.
Also a newly installed log fire makes the evenings especially inviting.

Our group of 7 women descended on Julian's Cottage for our Xmas in July celebration. It was a cool and windy weekend and we were delighted to find a beautifully furnished cottage set in rolling hills and with all mod cons. With reverse cycle air conditioners in every room and electric blankets on the beds, Julian's Cottage was warm and cosy. Its well appointed kitchen had everything required to produce the full Xmas feast and the large dining table provided the perfect setting for our gala dinner.

The shower stall has no lip and hand rails are positioned in the shower area and by the toilet.
