* 13 fully self-contained, air conditioned, holiday apartments, each with their own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and veranda with views of the breath-taking Keppel Bay and Keppel Islands in a lush, spacious tropical setting.
* Sparking in-ground pool.
* Coin operated guest laundry.
* Free gas BBQ facilities provided.
* Ample parking (either on-site or at the front) for dozens of cars / boats / trailers.
* We are "pet friendly" but only for clean, well behaved pets.
* Restaurants and take-aways are within a few KMs.

* Yeppoon is 12 Km (approx) to the North, and Emu Park is 5 Km (approx) to the South. Rockhampton is 45 Km (approx) to the West.
* Numerous restaurants (such as Thai, Chinese, Italian, sea food, steak, etc), as well as up-market resorts and the Keppel Bay Sailing Club, are all within a 12 Km radius. The nearest restaurant is 0.5 Km from our motel.

Peak Rates (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Beef Week, etc, $AUD per night):

* For Easter, there is normally a 3 night minimum, and for the Christmas - New Year period, there is normally a 4 night minimum. We will accept stays shorter than this if we a suitable vacancy between existing bookings.
* For peak periods, advanced deposits and full payment is required at least 4 weeks prior to check-in.
* Pets are $5-$10 per night extra. (We can provide pet bedding if required).
