Walk from the apartments' alfresco and grassed area to the resort pool. Its position is also perfect for keeping an eye on family members.
The apartment is conveniently located to the three popular licensed clubs and Yarrawonga's main shopping precinct. You can walk to the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club with its renowned 45 hole golf course, or just stroll across the road to ClubMulwala or take a short walk to the Mulwala Water Ski Club, where there is always plenty of activity for entertainment and dining choices with free courtesy buses available. Also Just across the road you will find Essenza Resort Spa. A range of services are provided including massage, body treatments, vichy shower, de-tox box, spray tan services, hairdressing and manicure/pedicure treatments.

During the warmer months water skiing is the major attraction to tourist visiting Lake Mulwala. You can enjoy these facilities from your doorstep when staying with us. The apartment has direct access to Lake Mulwala via the lagoon.
You can also hire a BBQ pontoon boat, canoes or a fishing boat. Located directly across the lagoon from the Apartment you can venture out on your own enjoying the sites, or you can sit back and relax on one of the Cruise boats that have luncheon or evening tours around the lake.

FISHING
Fishing is a major attraction in Yarrawonga-Mulwala. Try catching youself a Murray cod on Lake Mulwala.

WINERIES
The Rutherglen Wine Region is about a 30 minute drive, with 20 cellar doors within close proximity, it's easy to spend a day trip wondering around this beautiful countryside and sampling some of the premiere fortified wines produced in this area. Arrange your own walkabout through Woods Bus Lines. Leaving every Wednesday you will visit 6 wineries and take in lunch in Rutherglen. Bookings are essential prior to day of departure and the price is $30.00 each.
