Entertain in style in the beautiful downstairs kitchen and living area which is the hub of the house. Cook and dine in style in the open plan kitchen and dining area. Or relax and enjoy the view in the lounge area with the modern comfortable furniture and LCD television. A powder room and fully equiped laundry ajoins this area.

Lake Mulwala offers all watersports including skiing, wake boarding, paragliding, yachting and rowing. This absolute waterfront property has direct access to the lake and Chinamans Island. This is a beautiful nature reserve where you can enjoy walking, cycling jogging and bird watching.

Just a short drive away are the Wineries of Rutherglen where you can enjoy wine tasting and tours of the many fine wineries in the region.

The Murray River itself runs through Lake Mulwala and offers opportunities for swimming, bush walking or fish to your heart's content for that elusive Murray Cod.

The town of Yarrawonga and Mulwala offer a variety of fine dining in the many clubs, restaurants and hotels including Club Mulwala and the Mulwala Water Ski Club. These also offer courtesy buses to pick you up and drop you off from your location so you can enjoy a relaxing night out with the many available activities.

For the serious or recreationl golfer, check out your golfing skills on the beautiful 45 hole golf course. The Golf Club is a short drive from the center of town and offers sensational settings for an enjoyable round of golf.
