Perfectly located overlooking the Yarrawonga Yacht Club. The Yarrawonga Golf Club with 45 holes of paradise for all enthusiastic golfers. Club Mulwala and the Mulwala Water Ski Club is only a 5 minute courtesy bus ride away and cater for the entire family with kids game rooms.
Enjoy cooking up a storm in our modern stainless steel kitchen or outdoor BBQ and dinning area. Each townhouse contains two outdoor dinning areas overlooking the water.

Lake Mulwala provides water sport enthusiasts with an all year round full lake.

BOAT CRUISES
Take a cruise, find that special fishing spot, or just relax and watch the boats cruise by. Some of the cruises include luncheon or evening tours around the lake.

WATER SKIING
During the warmer months water skiing is the major attraction an Lake Mulwala. You can learn how to ski or even hire your own boat or canoe. We can book your cruise, ski lesson or ski/tube ride.

BOAT HIRE
A popular past time is to hire your own BBQ pontoon boat with friends and sit back, relax and enjoy the views.

FISHING
Lake Mulwala is one of the best places on the Murray River to catch a Murray Cod. The cod population is fantastic and as such fishing in the area is a major attraction throughout the year with various Lake & River competitions luring people to the area.

FINEST GOLF
Located alongside the Murray River, the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club is a pleasant 5 minute walk. The club is a golfers’ paradise with 45 holes of some of the finest golf in Australia – winning rave reviews for its design, and spectacular settings. Only a short drive to many of the fine regional golf clubs.

WALKING/BIKE TRACKS
Yarrawonga Mulwala has some spectacular walking tracks around the lake and across the bridges. You can even walk down into the river bends and among the Red Gums to experience another unique side of the Murray.
