Cosy 3 bedroom unit suitable for couples, groups or the entire family. Situated in Melbourne Street Mulwala close to Supermarket, Newsagency, adjacent to Lake Mulwala, boat ramp and park with play ground and BBQ facilities.

Ample secure backyard parking for your boat, caravan or trailer.

Fully equipped kitchen catering for all your needs together with a gas BBQ in the undercover verandah area.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Locality

Yarrawonga/Mulwala is well known for Lake Mulwala and its water supply. Catering for waterskiing, fishing and cruising our constant water level attracts people from far and wide.

Golf is also a very popular past time at the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club.
