This modern appointed ground floor apartment overlooks the magnificent resort pool through to a protected lagoon connected to beautiful Lake Mulwala.
Central Cypress Apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance of the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club, Mulwala Water Ski Club, and Clubmulwala.

Locality

Lake Mulwala provides water enthusiasts with year round activities.
Enjoy a relaxing scenic cruise on the Lake with a full commentary of the formation and history of the man-made Lake.
During the warmer months water skiing is the major attraction at Lake Mulwala. You can learn how to ski or even hire your own boat or canoe.
A popular past time is to hire your own BBQ pontoon boat with friends and sit back, relax and enjoy the views.
Lake Mulwala is one of the best places on the Murray River to catch a Murray cod. The cod population is fantastic and, as such, fishing in the area is a major attraction throughout the year.
