Holiday house

Near new luxury waterfront double storey home situated in the exclusive "golden mile" of Mulwala. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, idealy suited to families. Home is suited to two families, with downstairs consisting of three bedrooms, capable of sleeping eight people - two queen beds and 2x2 bunks.Two seperate bathrooms and two seperate toilets.Extra large family room. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, capable of sleeping four - one queen bed and two single beds. Bathroom and seperate toilet. Large family room and dining area. Home has a huge kitchen area with top of the range stainless steel appliances and over 1000 litres fridge/freezer storage. Dining room consists of large table 8ftx8ft with seating for 12 people. Heating is provided by two-way gas log fire. Each floor has seperate gas heating to bedroom and family room. Fully airconditioned, seperate units top and bottom. Large outside entertainment area consisting of gas bbq and kitchen. Large table seats eight, plus two additional outside tables seating four each that can be moved into required position. Full laundry facilities. All bathroom linen and bedding provided. Undercover parking for two vehicles plus two more parks in secure yard. Lock up storage for two boats.
Unlimited parking at front of property. Electronic keyless entry. Modern and quality furnished throughout(new-October 2008). A great place to relax. Ski, swim or fish from the jetty (rod holders provided) play golf or enjoy water sports. Access to own private boat ramp from rear of house. Courtesy buses available to and from all Clubs. Supermarket close by.
