Situated in Corowa road mulwala close to supermarket,newsagencey,adjacent to lake mulwala,boat ramp,parks, etc.

Ample parking for boats,cars,trailers.

Fully equipped kitchen catering for all your needs, all units have heating-cooling,microwaves,full size fridges,dvd players,washing machines,irons, together with a gas bbq in the under cover verandah area, all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Solar heated swimming pool.

Languages spoken: English(Basic)

Locality

Yarrawonga/Mulwala is well known for lake Mulwala and its water supply.
Catering for waterskiing,fishing and cruising the river system, our constant water level attracts people from far and wide.
Golf is also a very popular past time at the yarrawonga and border golf club.
