Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

This magnificent waterfront resort has all the class and quality of tropical Queensland in rural Victoria/New South Wales.

The 2 bedroom apartments are perfectly situated in one of the most sought after locations on the Murray River.

The modern apartments overlook a magnificent resort pool through to a protected lagoon, so sit back and relax with family and friends.

Perfectly situated the apartments are located in one of Yarrawonga/Mulwala's premier resorts, from where you can discover the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club with 45 holes of paradise for all the keen golfers within walking distance, and just across the road from Club Mulwala and the Mulwala Water Ski Club, offering plenty of entertainment and dining choices.

Locality

During the warmer months water skiing is the major attraction to tourists and locals alike on Lake Mulwala. You can learn how to ski, enjoy a tube ride using the local operator or enjoy the foreshore of both Yarrawonga Mulwala with water slides.

You can also hire a BBQ pontoon boat, or "little tinny" directly across the lagoon from the Apartment and venture out on your own, or you can sit back and relax on one of the Cruise boats that have luncheon or dinner/evening tours around the lake.

Fishing is also a major attraction throughout the year with various competitions luring people from all areas to catch that elusive Murray Cod.

Mulwala's club life provides a variety of eating options complimented by live entertainment every weekend. Yarrawonga's main street also has plenty of cafe's, restaurants, hotel dining and fast food options.

Located along side the Murray River, the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club is an easy five minute walk. The Club is a golfers' paradise with 45 holes of some of the finest golf in Australia. Only a short drive away are other popular clubs such as Cobram-Barooga, Tocumwal, Corowa and Howlong Golf Clubs.

The Rutherglen Wine Region is about a 30 minute drive, with approximately 20 cellar doors within close proximity, it's east to spend a day trip wondering around this beautiful countryside and sampling some of the premiere fortified wines produced in this area together with the township of Rutherglen itself.

Yarrawonga is located 90 kms west of Albury and approximately 3 hours north of Melbourne and 700 kms from Sydney.
