Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Sit back and enjoy the view whilst relaxing with your family or friends, or enjoy a full compliment of watersport activities at your door step from your private jetty and boat moorings.

Our luxury holiday apartment will cater perfectly for that weekend away or longer stay.

We are perfectly situated (about 500 metres) from the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club with 45 holes of paradise for all the enthusiatic golfers, and just across the road from ClubMulwala (formerly the RSL Club) and the Mulwala Water Ski Club, where there is always plenty of activity for entertainment and dining choices with free courtesy bus.

The Apartment is within the grounds of one of Yarrawonga/Mulwala premier resort areas, located directly next to the new pool. Our verandah, balcony area overlooks the pool which is perfect for keeping an eye on family members.

Just across the road you will find Essenza Resort Spa. A range of services are provided including massage, body treatments, vichy shower, de-tox box, spray tan services, hairdressing and manicure/pedicure treatments. The Essenza Resort Spa operates 7 days.

Incorporate this luxury facility into your holiday when staying at our wonderful location.

Enjoy cooking up a storm in the modern stainless steel kitchen or the BBQ outdoor dining area overlooking the water for a more casual feel. If cooking is not on the agenda, a short stroll over the bridge into Yarrawonga's main street will provide you with plenty of options for dining or take full advantage of the close proximity of the Clubs.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

GOLF, GOLF & MORE GOLF!!!

Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club boasts 72 holes of magnificent golf. Enjoy as a family or a group of friends tour to a nearby course (Corowa, Barooga, Tocumwal) or stay locally.

WATER SKIING - BOATING ATTRACTIONS

During the warmer months water skiing is the major attraction to tourist visiting Lake Mulwala. You can enjoy these facilities from your doorstep when staying with us. The apartment has direct access to Lake Mulwala via the lagoon. You can moor your boat safely within site of your apartment.

You can also hire a BBQ pontoon boat, or "little tinny" from Phill's Ski Rides. Located directly across the lagoon from the Apartment you can venture out on your own enjoying the sites, or you can sit back and relax on one of the Cruise boats that have luncheon or evening tours around the lake.

FISHING - FISHING - FISHING - FISHING

Fishing is a major attraction throughout the year with various competitions luring people from all over to Yarrawonga/Mulwala. One such major competition is held on the first weekend in December. The prizes are enormous from boats to fishing equipment.

WINERY WALKABOUT

The Rutherglen Wine Region is about a 30 minute drive, with 20 cellar doors within close proximity, it's easy to spend a day trip wondering around this beautiful countryside and sampling some of the premiere fortified wines produced in this area. Arrange your own walkabout through Woods Bus Lines. Leaving every Wednesday you will visit 6 wineries and take in lunch in Rutherglen. Bookings are essential prior to day of departure and the price is $30.00 each.

Add a little luxury to your holiday by visiting one of our many Day Spas. Essenza Day Spa is located across the road at the Club Mulwala and offers an extensive list of services.

Cypress Drive Apartment is located in Mulwala NSW just over the main bridge from Yarrawonga VIC. Please note Cypress Drive is a private road and will not show up on any satalite navigation systems.

Yarrawonga is located 90km west of Albury and approximately 3 hours north of Melbourne and 700km from Sydney on the Hume Highway.
