Large bed-sitting room with private ensuite and entrance which is appointed with quality carpet and tasteful furnishings. B&B is surrounded by gardens, decks, courtyard with pond and BBQ facilities. Lake Burley Griffin, adjoining parklands, shops restaurants, Canberra Golf Club and sailing clubs, bike/walking paths are only a short stroll away. Major tourist attractions are easily accessible by car or public transport (200 metres to bus stop).

The Yarralumla shopping centre, Chinese, Thai, Turkish and Italian cafes, art galleries and nurseries are a short stroll away. Manuka Shops, Kingston Foreshores, Woden Plaza and swimming pools are about five minutes drive by car.
