Yamba offers a wonderful holiday experience at The Sands holiday resort. The apartments, villas and townhouses are situated right along side the beautiful pristine beaches of Yamba. We are only a short stroll away from all of Yamba’s best hot spots. Only a five minute walk from the town centre, pubs, clubs and serene fishing spots.
We offer a range of modern 2 or 3 bedroom units and 3 bedroom villas.
Our villas are situated around the tranquil pool and spa, whilst our units have private balconies facing the direction of Yamba’s picturesque Pippi Beach. The townhouses have balconies overlooking the gardens and tennis courts.
Yamba is known for its beautiful beaches, succulent seafood, top fishing spots and not to mention relaxed way of living. Make your holiday to Yamba a great one and come and visit us at 'The Sands'.

2 bedroom apartments sleep up to 5 persons - 1 queen and 2 single beds and foldaway in the lounge.
2 bedroom townhouses sleep 4 people - 1 queen and 2 single beds (one with king bed)
3 bedroom apartments and villas sleep 7 persons - 1 queen, and 4 single beds (some with king, queen and 2 singles) and foldaway in the lounge.
A portacot is avaialable should this be required for infants.
Foldaways & portacots are charged $25 per night extra
