Ground level has extra large bedroom / rumpus room, combines laundry bathroom and single garage. Fully enclosed courtyard and side yard, great for the kids.

Linen is NOT provided (you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats tea towels)
Please note: Dogs are permitted outside only., Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s and damage your dog/s may cause., When booking, you must put down the number and breed of dog/s in the special request section.
Fees will be deducted from your Security Deposit Form should you not comply with this clause.
