Holiday house, Farm stays

Wyadup House offers spectacular and tranquil views over Wyadup Brook, natural bushland, the nearby ocean and the olive grove. The house sits upon the stone foundations of the original farmhouseand underwent a major renovation in 2010. The house is surrounded by spacious lawns and garden going down to the brook that is unfenced.

With polished jarrah floors, the rooms feature large windows with uninterrupted views over the garden and brook. The kitchen opens out onto a large decking along the front and side of the house that are perfect for casual entertaining and relaxation.

The house includes a large master bedroom and three other standard size bedrooms all with access to a bathroom.

The lounge and family room areas are spacious and feature a large open fireplace and a slow combustion heater that are perfect for the winter months and ceiling fans and fly wire doors and windows to keep you cool in summer.

This is the perfect setting in which to access all the delights of the region at the same time as enjoying the peace and tranquility of your own comfortable self contained accommodation.

From the moment you arrive, you feel the aura of the rugged coastline and the seclusion and tranquility of the valley. The House itself overlooks a freshwater lake and natural bushland and is surrounded by extensive terraced lawns and Marri and Peppermint trees. Originally a pastoral property, it now is a working olive farm covering 38 acres.
