This spectacular 3 storey accommodation is situated close to Margaret River, nestled in 50 acres of raw bush land with these priceless views. The back yard can be used for functions or more typically for weddings. Accommodation and venue all in one.

This incredible 3-Storey home boasts "The Best Views in the South West" as seen in Australia's Coastal Style Magazine. It has an amazing atmosphere for all.

An eco-cultural-tourist destination, the house is situated amongst 50 acres of raw bush land and has its own natural amphitheatre. 1 minute drive to the beach at Injidup or a brisk 10 minute walk or a carefree stroll around the peaceful bush surround.

Your beach house accommodation is located conveniently 5 minutes off Caves Road, allowing a convenient drive to the South West's best wineries, restaurants. Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River all approximatley 20 minutes away.

Large entertaining areas back on to an extra large kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, family feasts or romantic candle lit dinners. Expansive balconies offer amazing views from every level of the house. Sun bake, practice yoga by day or watch in amazement the galaxy of stars that cover the night sky.

Property can cater upto 16 people with the additional Seachange Shack included for a nightly price of $795.00 Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250.00 will apply.

Linen is not provided at this property. $28 per person.

Please be aware that a 7 night minimum stay is required during the ChristmasNew Year break.
