Only metres to the best surfing beach and 10 minutes drive from Dunsborough and Smith's Beach, a short drive to the Southwestern vineyards and restaurants, this is the perfect holiday home for the perfect break.

The living area features leather lounge suite, 10-seater dining, slow combustion wood fire and heated bedrooms, some of the many features that will ensure a comfortable stay.

The entire lower level is a spacious games room that includes pool table, darts, TV, VCR, lounge suite and third bathroom a wonderful separate area from the main living area.

For those that need to keep connected to the net there is Broadband access available for you.
Sorry this property is not available for "leavers" or for age groups 18-25 years.

No smoking. No pets. Interior spiral staircase and high balconies may not be suitable for families with toddlers.
