Boutique hotel, Bed & Breakfast

Brand new purpose built B&B - a marriage of southwest style and oriental influence with water features and ponds. We offer 2 King bedded rooms, woollen doonas for those cold nights along with electric blankets and r/c air cond. Enjoy complimentary afternoon tea on arrival before 4pm on your private deck overlooking the bush with some of Frans' homebaked treats and choice of teas and coffees. Light suppers or platters may be available at extra cost - just ask! After your dinner, return to find port and chocolates before you retire. Or you may choose to watch a DVD in our stunning Cinema room with surround sound and a large flat screen TV - Fran will even make you some popcorn if you'd like!!. In the morning enjoy a fabulous gourmet freshly cooked breakfast of your choice. All produce is sourced locally where possible and most of it is home made. Please make any special requests/diets known in advance. You won't leave hungry but you will leave relaxed and refreshed!!
We can make restaurant reservations or tour bookings on your behalf. In addition, why not treat yourself to some in-house pampering by a qualified masseuse? Or request that special bottle of champagne and a cheese platter to be waiting for you on arrival. Whatever you need, we will try to do for you.

Locality

Yallingup is a small coastal town located between Dunsborough and Margaret River. We are hidden in the bush but close to all amenities that ARE the South West! Visitors Centre located at Dunsborough but also at Busselton and Margaret River. Well known for wineries and world famous surf beaches. Many art and craft galleries are close-by including jewellery makers and pottery. A car is needed to make the most of your stay in this beautiful region.

Unfortunately our home is not suitable for children under 18 and is not available for "Schoolies" week.
