Holiday house

There is nothing spooky or sinister about this house! The entrance to your retreat is along a winding driveway under a dense canopy of trees. "Spookwood" is set on 3 acres of bush and parkland within the undulating Yallingup Hills region - central to beaches, caves, wineries, galleries, restaurants and shopping. Inside, you can appreciate the careful and thoughtful design enhanced by the rural aspect giving a sense of space and privacy. The dcor is stylish and uncluttered with a neutral, contemporary colour theme and features polished jarrah floorboards throughout the living areas and corridors. The kitchen is large and modern with stainless steel appliances and integrates easily with the open plan dining and living area. The accommodation includes three bedrooms with a queen bed, and two double beds plus an extra double sofa bed - so it is ideal for 2 people wanting a romantic escape, families and small groups. Entertain alfresco on the huge timber deck area under a pavilion roof and watch the kangaroos graze at sunset.
