Holiday house

Yallingup one of Australia's most sought after beachside holiday destinations; stunning coastline vistas, dazzling beaches with some of the best sunsets in the world! Melaleuca perched high on its hill is ready for you to soak it all in.

Morning Coffee while the surfers frolic in the waves below ... Afternoon beer while sun glistens over the Raw Indian ocean, early evening wine as the colours of the sky run through their sunset spectra before the southern stars come out to dazzle This Is Yallingup Living!

Melaleuca built out of a combination of oregan and cedar has that great balance of Beachouse functionality with homely warmth you may never want to leave! Beautiful ocean views from most rooms in the house, as well as wide balconies compass the front portion of the house.

Entertaining is easy in this home with a fully equipped kitchen coupled with a unique enclosed barbeque balcony that is definitely a feature of this home. The house is a short walk to the splendid Yallingup beaches and is only moments from the historic Caves House Hotel. The calm waters of the lagoon and the surf beach's are at your finger tips. This property and Yallingup's world renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries will entice you to be back for more.

There are three bedrooms in the property, the master with a king bed a second with queen and upstairs a queen and two singles. The living area has an open plan kitchen including the extra dinning area. There is also a large enclosed outdoor entertaining area that opens up to make for a large amount of living space. The two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, gas hob, fridge and microwave along with all the cutlery and crockery you'll need.
