Alinjarra is a newly built custom designed north facing holiday house on 6 ½ acres nestled among tall jarrahs, red gums and large grass trees.

Alinjarra is excellent for two families or can be an intimate retreat to spend time with that special person in your life. The house has been designed to take advantage of the views of the expansive dam and vineyard across the valley.

Ideally situated high on the ridge in Yallingup just 5 minutes drive to Smiths and Yallingup Beaches and less than 10 minutes to Dunsborough.

There are many well known cafes and galleries including Lamonts within walking distance with a short drive to Amberley & Happs Wineries.

Green smart building techniques have been used extensively in the construction of this spacious home, which allows it to remain cool in summer and warm in winter.

This is the ideal holiday house to sit on the timber deck enjoying the warm sunshine amidst peaceful surroundings while the more energetic can enjoy a game of volleyball on Alinjarra’s own beach volleyball court.

Alinjarra has resident kangaroos with hundreds more across the valley. There is an abundance of wildlife and a huge variety of wildflowers when in season all easily accessible by walk trail around the property.

Adjoining the property are several walk trails which incorporate public open space including a winter creek which feeds the nearby dam.

Alinjarra is not available to leavers.

Total relaxation in a secluded bush setting yet close to Smiths and Yallingup, famous beaches for surfing, fishing, swimming and snorkelling.

Great shopping nearby in town or at the many local galleries.

Centrally located near Lamonts, Amberley, Happs, Wood Fired Bread, Simmo's Ice Creamery with many other wineries, cafes and attractions nearby including golf, horse riding and caves.

Walk trails surround the property with an abundance of wildlife and wildflowers when in season. Kangaroos roam free and the star gazing at night has to be seen to be believed.

There are heaps of outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained including bush walks, beach volleyball a tree cubby and swing.

Alinjarra has been built with space and comfort in mind.

There is a large meals area with a ten seater table and chairs and family area with two sofas, a tv and dvd player and log fire. This area all provides amazing views.

A well appointed galley kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge and bar fridge.

A separate lounge room, which can be closed off from the rest of the house has a comfortable sofa and recliners, tv and dvd player. The lounge also provides a great view of the dam and can be a quiet spot to read one of the many novels from the in house library.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are located off the hallway.

The ensuite has a spa with large windows to open to give you the feeling of sitting outdoors if that is your wish.

The volleyball court is located at the rear of the house which also has a hot & cold outdoor shower.

The deck has a timber outdoor setting and a gas bbq, a relaxing place to sit and watch the kangaroos hop by or enjoying the company of friends whilst taking in the views.

Many walk trails wind through the property with a tree cubby and swing for the kids.

There is a lockable external store in which you can store your surfing, boating or fishing gear if needed.

The large carport is suitable for two cars and there is plenty of room to park your boat or trailer nearby.

The property sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a queen bed adjacent to a large ensuite incorporating a double vanity, spa, shower and separate toilet.

There is a large walk in robe which could be used as a nursery if required.
Travel cot and high chair are available.

Queen bed in the second bedroom alongside the main bathroom which has a bath and shower with separate toilet.

Two single beds in the third bedroom.

Two bunk beds in the fourth bedroom.

All bedding is provided which includes pillows, doonas, blankets and mattress protectors. Two of the bunks have waterproof protectors.

No linen is provided so you will need to bring:-

Waterproof protectors,(if more are needed)
Bath towels
Hand towels
Bath mats
Beach Towels
Tea towels
Kitchen Sponge or cloth

Linen can be hired at an additional cost on request.
