Sunnysands is close to and overlooking Boat Harbours' main beach.

The unit has a large 6kw electric heater to keep you cosy during the colder seasons.

Only 30 metres from the licensed restaurant "Jolly Rogers"

It is only 15 minutes from the Burnie Wynyard airport which is approx 1 hour from Melbourne.

Boat Harbour Beach is situated in the heartland of some of Tasmania's richest farmland with spectacular views of both land and sea.
