Enjoy the tranquility of this very comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house which has been tastefully furnished throughout. A massive back deck in a beautiful leafy setting only one street from the waterfront and 5 minutes to Manly Village & Harbour where there are Cafes, Restaurants, Sunday Markets and lots of Parks and Esplanade walks. Situated on the Eastern side of town you have easy access by car or train to Brisbane City and Gold Coast. Brisbane Airport is only 25 minutes away and Port of Brisbane 15 minutes. Easy access to Gateway Motorway to travel to Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
The house is on 2 levels, air conditioned, fully furnished and fully self contained with fully functional kitchen including all appliances so you can enjoy your own cooking or have the option of the Restaurants and cafes only 5 minutes away at Manly Village.
