The 2nd level boasts a fully equipped and beautifully renovated kitchen including a dishwasher. The lounge room provides comfortable seating with a digital TV and DVD Player and also an ipod dock. Watch the waves roll in from the balcony with an outdoor setting and BBQ. Ceiling fans and beautiful ocean breezes will keep you nice and cool during summer in the lounge areas and the bedrooms. The bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom includes aa Queen Size bed, ensuite and balcony with seating to enjoy the ocean views. The 2nd bedroom includes two single beds and a trundle bed accommodating 3 in total. This townhouse is situated in an ideal location, directly across the road from access to Woorim Surf Beach and parkland with the Surf Club and other amenities a 5 minute walk away - you won't even need to use the car!
