As you walk into this spacious house you are greeted with the magnificent ground level views of the Wooli beachfront, Pacific Ocean and Solitary Islands beyond, which are captured from the kitchen, sunroom, dining and lounge areas.

The property features 2 bathrooms, 2 sunrooms, large yard, HUGE lock-up garage area and separate laundry. Conveniently located, this property is a very short walk to the Bowling Club with Chinese Restaurant, Post Office, Tennis Courts, children's playground, Oyster Supply and The Kiosk.

Lounge: Digital TV (AWA 24 inch) with inbuilt DVD player.
