Mullaway is the best kept secret get-away on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Located 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour it offers beautiful beaches for surfing, fishing and swimming. The area is famous for its surf breaks. The point break at Arrawarra Headland is popular with longboard riders. Beach breaks at Mullawarra and Mullaway beaches as well as Cabin and Darkum beaches suit the short board enthusiast.

Fishing is great too. Arrawarra Headland itself is protected within the Solitary Islands Marine National Park but the local surrounding beaches and headlands are open to anglers. Bream, flathead, whiting, taylor and of course Mulloway (jewfish) are part of the local catch. The bay at Arrawarra Headland offers the safest launching and retrieval for deep sea fishing boats between Yamba and Coffs Harbour. The Marine Park is open to anglers. Scuba and snorkel diving are popular as well.

A small coastal village surrounded by Garby Nature Reserve, Mullaway also fronts Solitary Islands Marine Park. Bring your pets along to explore the best of both bush and beach.

Wildlife abounds at your backdoor. Kangaroos, kookaburras, goannas, black cockatoos, and tawny frog mouth owls have all been viewed from the decks and migrating whales can been seen at certain times of the year just over the dune.
