Every town has history Here in Woolgoolga we can offer you an Historic Homestead. This cosy cottage has been in the one family for 90years.
This is budget accommodation but you cant put a price on the stories that these walls could tell you!
Through the front door you will find two sleep outs one to your left and one to your right both offering a single bed in each.
Down the hallway we have two more rooms both housing double beds and free standing wardrobes and yes one of these does almost resemble Grandmas Feather Bed.
At the end of the hallway you have the lounge room and dining room, from here you can access the compact kitchen yes it is small but all that an old fashion cook would need to fill the hearts and tummies of the many guests and family members who use to frequent this cosy little homestead.
From the kitchen you have the bathroom shower, vanity and what was the storage cupboard , is now the Inside Toilet.
Down the back steps you have the original Out House (second toilet) the laundry is located behind this.
The yard is completely fenced and large enough to host the biggest cricket match, or to give your fury friend a place to run around as this property is Pet Friendly (outside pets only)
Hedwards historic Homestead is a short walk to the local offering great meals and entertainment tab facilities, also there is a hairdressers, fresh seafood outlet, local vet and hardware.
The main street is not too far away for all your shopping, caf and boutique desires.
