This property is called Calm Sailing

Possibly because it would only take a small amount of wind to sail into the main street of Woolgoolga and even less to sail across to Woolgoolgas main beach. You will even smell the coffee from the local alfresco cafes this ideal location has you in the centre of everything without the noise. This unit is tucked away yet in the way. The beach is a mere meters from the back door and a local park which is great for the kids to play with BBQ facilities for the family lunch or early dinner.

The unit can sleep up to 6 people very comfortably. It comprises of two and a half bedrooms.
The main has a Double bed, the second bedroom with a double bed and adjoining this is a small room with a set of bunks. It has a louvered window onto the second bedroom. This bunk room has been thoughtfully designed with children / grandchildren in mind having direct access to the parents room and a soft dimmer light for comfort reassurance.

The compact unit has adequate kitchen facilities, with dining and lounge room combined. This compact and cosy space is completed with a large flat screen television. The bathroom facilities are off the kitchen -, toilet, shower and vanity basin. The communal laundry is located at the end off the building and can also be accessed from the fenced back yard.
So if you are looking for a quiet escape in the heart of town park your car and walk to everything you need, this unit could be for you.
