Holiday house

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Wombarra this character filled beach cottage awaits ready for your holiday memories to be made! Lovingly updated this gorgeous home accommodates 8 and is a short walk down to Wombarra beach.

Upon entry you are greeted by decorative high ceilings to the front living area flowing into 3 double bedrooms (2 x Queen beds and 1 x Double bed) All rooms feature ceilings fans and wardrobe/hanging space. The end of the hall welcomes you into an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.

A huge entertaining deck takes in the north easterly sunshine plus the ocean views. Equipped with sun chairs, BBQ, outdoor table for 8 and a huge umbrella for shade. You will love summer evenings on the deck.

Light and bright the kitchen has been tastefully updated with s/steel appliances including dishwasher, breakfast bench plus 4 seat dining area and the lounge includes a large flat screen TV with DVD player and Austar. Split system air conditioning provides added comfort year round.

A 2nd living space/rumpus room sits at the front of the home complete with a 2nd flat screen TV, DVD and Austar access plus double fold out lounge, a great space for the kids to retreat after a day at the beach! The combined bathroom/laundry is modern with separate bathtub plus washing machine.

Leaving the best til last ... the location is fantastic. Becoming increasingly popular, Wombarra has a patrolled beach which is a local favourite in the summer months and you are only a short walk away! For the days when you wish to do some more exploring a quick car ride into Austinmer and Thirroul provides you with boutique shops, great cafe's and ocean/rock pools.
