Located 200m from Towradgi beach and ocean pool in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to Illawarra bike track and new childrens playground at Towradgi.

A 2 bedroom ground floor unit with polished floorboards, new bathroom and off street parking.

5 mins drive to Wollongong and 2 minutes drive to the shops at Fairy Meadow.Two minutes walk in different directions to Towradgi Pub, Towradgi Bowling Club, Blue Moon Cafe and Towradgi Beach. Also 5 minute walk to Dalton Park for those attending sporting events.

Will suit the family looking for buget accomodation near the beach. Also perfect for those looking for a cheap getaway.

Stay in a self contained unit in the beautiful Illawarra. Visit the Nan-Tein Temple 10 minutes away, drive over the sea-cliff bridge on the way from Sydney. 30 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and Kiama Blowhole. One hour away from Southern Highlands including The Illawarra Fly, Fitzroy Falls, Bowral and Moss Vale.
