Holiday house

Sea Spray Beach House Walkerville North is arguably the best beach house for rent in South Gippsland.

The view from all bedrooms, the living area and the deck is truly amazing. It is a short 50-metre stroll to a quiet beach we like to think is ours and close to the "Magic Beach" of Walkerville South.

The house has just been renovated from top to bottom with all new appliances. The bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, decking and furnishings are fresh and fantastic.

If you want a great get away in luxury surroundings, with views, wild life and a feeling of living in the treetop's overlooking the beach then this is it!!!

Walkerville is the most Southern coastal township on the Australian Mainland. The air and seas coming from Bass Strait and further south is clean and fresh. There are few houses in the Cape Liptrap National Park so please come and enjoy.

Interior

Sea Spray Beach House has just been fully renovated with a large open plan kitchen/living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, and Reverse cycle Air-conditioning and fireplace. Second TV in bedroom.

The Jarrah kitchen is brand new and includes a dishwasher and microwave.
The three bedrooms all have sea views, including master with king bed and ensuite, 2nd with queen and third with two single beds.

Both bathroom's are bright and spacious with Jarrah benches, there is a laundry with washing machine.

There are large window across the front and side's of the house leading onto a large deck with 180-degree views so there are plenty of spots to enjoy the ever-changing views and to feed the very friendly Rosellas, Possum's, Wombats and Kookaburra's.

Walkerville North is located in the Cape Liptrap National park 185 km south east of Melbourne, approximately 2 hrs drive from Melbourne, Take the South Gippsland Highway via Cranbourne to Korumburra, Leongatha and then turn 5km after Koonwarra to Tarwin Lower C443, At Tarwin Lower turn left to Walkerville North, Driving into Walkerville North Go down the hills to the foreshore and take the 1st road to the right, Waratah st, go 70 metres to Blue Waters No 12
