Recently refurbished boutique townhouse in historic Williamstown. Architecturally designed with modern interiors.
Position perfect, within 200 mts of your doorstep are restaurants, pubs, the Royal Melbourne Yacht Club, Point Gellibrand nature reserve with bayside walking tracks, Commonwealth Reserve with bike tracks tennis courts, bay & city views, seaplane flights over Melbourne, the Customs House Gallery, and craft market on the third Sunday of each month.
The townhouse is completely furnished, with guests needing only supply their food. There are two bedrooms,(1 king & 1 queen) each with its own ensuite (downstairs contains spabath) and a huge walk-in robe upstairs and ample built-in storage downstairs. An extra single bed + cot are available to accommodate up to two more children.
There is a fully appointed chef's kitchen complete with stone benchtops & dishwasher. Separate fully equipped laundry. Living/dining/kitchen all open out to the north facing native courtyard. The perfect place to relax after visiting the many attractions Williamstown has to offer.
Wifi internet is available throughout the house.
Remote-control garage allows for safe undercover parking.
Locality
Access to Melbourne CBD is only a 12 min drive; alternatively stroll across to the train (2 min walk) or down to the ferry and enjoy a scenic trip across Port Phillip bay to St Kilda or Southbank.
Williamstown is one of the oldest suburbs in Melbourne and boasts many attractions including botanical gardens, swimming beach, restaurants and spectacular bay/city views.
