The house has 4 bedrooms and a study, ducted heating and air conditioning throughout the house, separate formal and informal living areas as well as 2 kitchens allowing for both areas to be comfortably accommodated.
The house also has a double lock up garage with access to the top level of the house whilst a pedestrian access at the bottom of the house allows for easy access down to the beach below.
