Holiday house, Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

On arrival guests will be provided with starter pack (cereal / milk / spring water / coffee / tea facilities). Shops opposite including Coles and Woolworths, have extended hours for you to then acquire your preferred provisions.

5/5 This was a great place!! very clean and very convenient close to shops and AAMI Stadium but most of al it was close to our friends. We will be staying there again in the future.....Gabby

Locality

Great accommodation if you are here for football at AAMI stadium. Overlooks reserve wich is also used for triathlon events.

Close to public transport hub, including service from shopping centre to and from airport. If you wish to dine out, several restaurants and takeaways are nearby.

Close to shops, Lakes Resort Hotel, Reading Cinemas, library and video hire, and pharmacy (open til 9pm).

For the health inspired guest wanting fresh air, enjoy close access to lakeside walking paths or parks adjoining AAMI Stadium. Short drive to coastal beaches.

Property

Is part of Regatta Court Complex, accessed from Brebner Drive, immediately opposite West Lakes Shopping Centre and AAMI Stadium.

Apartment is only 5 minutes drive to coastal beaches. In addition there is a small beach on to West lakes which is less than 100 metres away on the neighbouring reserve.

Canoeing & Kayaking

Canoe and/or Kayak facilities available nearby, Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, Less than 5 minutes walk to water, Less than 5 minutes drive to water.

Property is part of a complex that is water front at West Lakes where competitions are held, but the apartment itself is not on the water, approximately 50 metres back from the water, and fronts on to a reserve, which then fronts on to the water. There is a lock up garage which could be used for storage of kayaks/ canoes.

Close to Public Transport

Public transport within 5 minute walk, Public transport within 10 minute walk, Bus service.

Apartment is across road from West Lakes Shopping Centre from where buses travel in all directions, including the city, airport and along the coast, and some of these buses stop at Adelaide Railway Station and other stations such as Woodville Grange, Seaton so transfers can be made to rail systems.

Golf

Golf course located nearby.

Private courses nearby include Royal Adelaide Grange and Riverside (wrongly referred to on Google as the west Lakes golf Course). There is also a nine hole pitch/putt course nearby at Semaphore. A public course is available at Patawalonga, approx 10kms south.

For up to 4 guests, our rate is $390 for 2 nights and add $130 per night for extra nights. (Because there is a 2 night minimum stay (3 nights where holiday on Mondays including Easter), the cost for a 1 night stay is also $390). Please note that from 18 June 2012 to 18 July 2012 a 3 night minimum stay applies and from 13 April 2013, a 6 night minimum stay applies).

For 5 guests, 2 night rate is $480. Further nights, add $160.

For 6 guests, 2 night rate is $570. Further nights, add $190.
